Best plumber hands down. Great customer service. This Aladdin guy sounds like he had a disaster of a project that should have been done by a handy man. Anyways, I dealt with Ben and he took care of our kitchen leak with ease.

Ben is wonderful! After going through so many plumbers on our remodel that were super expensive, or didn't show up or we had to pay someone else to repair what they did, I cannot tell you how awesome it was to find Benjamin!! He was super to work with, showed up when he said he would and his pricing is excellent!! He met us at the house after work one night and talked about putting in a sump pump under the house because we have had water issues in the crawl space. We have been trying to find someone who could help us with that for the last two years!! Ben and his guys showed up a week later while we were at work, got the whole project done, cleaned up and finished by the time my husband came home! My husband is an inspector for a living and he was very impressed with the work. Ben also handled several other little projects for me and cleaned up as if he had never been there. It was awesome. He gives you an itemized bid so you can see exactly what he is charging you for and he did not ask us to pay a dime over the bid price! If I ever need ANY plumbing done again at our house, I will be calling Ben for sure!!H

Ben Lewis was fabulous! We had a leak at our water meter and of course the city said it was our responsibility to fix as it was inside the meter towards the house. The city shut off our water and we called Ben at Heritage plumbing. He answered immediately and said he would be over as soon as he finished the job he was on. He showed up an hour and 1/2 later, assessed the problem, told us what it would take to fix it and quoted a price. He was quick, efficient, fair and polite through it all. Did a great job and he certainly will be my first call if I need another plumber!
