THIS PLACE IS AMAZING!!! I am heavy into self care & Heavenly Salt Therapy is now a part of my self care routine. It was relaxing and just what I needed to recharge. Thanks for having me and see you guys next month!

I enjoyed the salt therapy much more than I expected. The salt room with the color changing wall and salt lamp was lovely. The salt lamp was placed in the center of the color changing wall and was aesthetically pleasing except for the unsightly cord running to the outlet. This made that corner of the room seem off limits as it was roped off by the cord. I say hide the cord or move the lamp. The blower to circulate the salt through the air was only on for a short time. I'm not sure if that is normal or if we missed out on some benefits because it was off most of the time. The gal working that day was very kind and pleasant. I think offering tea or infused water would be a nice touch. I sat in the salt a buried my feet and hands and they were noticeably softer after the session. The soap in the bathroom also smelled amazing. There were a couple seats in the lobby with these warm globe things to put your feet on. That felt lovely while waiting for the rest of my group to be ready to go after we were done in the salt room.

After all of the smoke from the fires and an intense Covid quarantine, Heavenly Salt Therapy was the perfect afternoon for me! The halotherapy was soothing and relaxing with wonderful music and I could take deep breaths without coughing after just one treatment! I actually dozed off for a bit! The sauna is cozy, feels wonderful and loosened my stiff joints, relaxing me into a peaceful state, so much so that I didn't want to leave! Having a private shower to rinse off afterward felt amazing. Heavenly Salt was meticulously clean and welcoming...not like a overly sanitized spa, but almost like coming home. It's an adorable bohemian atmosphere where you instantly feel comfortable and welcomed and they have very cool gifts like essential oils, Himalayan salt lamps, manifesting candles and bath salts to take the experience home with you! I'll be booking again and will try the hyperbaric chamber as well! Kudos on a job well done...a great escape for Sacramento!
