OMG I Think that Rose (?) I'll correct if necessary, did my hair. I got highlights for the first time ever, and they charged me HALF of what everyone else said that it would cost!
This place is under new management. Their new business number is (916) 942-9828. The old owner, Annie (who sold the business to the new owner), refuse to transfer ownership of this account because the number, (916) 362-2433, is still connected to her and she still want clients. Not sure why Annie won't just relinquish the admin account over to the new owner when she no longer works here.
I appreciated being fit in on a Saturday! She did a great job! I am so bad on names, I am so sorry!! It wasn't the owner, it was the other lady that works on the right hand side.
