I had one of the worst customer service experience ever. The woman in the chair closest to the door, seems to be in charge. She has forced me to get a haircut from one of the other ladies. Even though I didn't want to, because they have really messed up my hair pretty bad in the past. I was just there on 10/18/24, all I was doing, is sitting and waiting for her. The other chair was busy, and she started screaming at me to why I am not getting a haircut from the other woman. At that point, I was tired of the bad service and we pretty much had a screaming fight in front of the other customers. I kept asking her what happened to the customer being right. I wasn't asking for any special privileges, I just wanted a haircut from her and i had no problem waiting in line for it. This was the rudest experience I have ever had in any kind of business, I will never come back to this place.

I was super sad after I got my haircut today. I had precious long hair 6-7 inches long. I showed her the kind of style I wanted. She cut my hair so short all can do now is get a bold cut? before and after. The worst part is she won't admit she gave me a bad cut

Very very very dirty. They don’t clean their machines and chairs, and when there is a lot of people in the shop the rush and don’t cut your hair well. The are not friendly at all.
