Great eye exam experience, but they are certainly understaffed on the admin front. Hard to get someone on the phone during business hours and inconsistent in returning calls in a timely manner. I’ve been waiting for a week on a quote for my contacts and have not returned my call upon follow up.

The staff is friendly but is admittedly understaffed. Staff were very apologetic for my wait, saying they were short staffed, though I hadn't really thought it had been that long. The equipment seemed very modern. I hadn't visited the optometrist in 10 years. They completed my checkup, and we quickly picked out a new set of glasses. I asked for a copy of my prescription, and they reacted like I was the first person whoever asked for this information. I've never been to an optometrist where i didn't leave with a little card summarizing my vision. She said she would email it to me. Several years ago I utilized services here & it was very nice. A few months ago, I came back & it wasn't. I was hoping to see the main doctor here (he's great from what I remember) but they put me with some young pup who acts like he hates his job. And my new glasses feel like I'm still wearing my old glasses. The vision isn't as sharp as it should be. The quest for an optometrist continues... read full review
