I really liked the place and the result of my nail extension, she did exactly what I asked for in a photo I had as an example and was super patient. I will definitely go back there next month (I paid $50 for the extension + tip)
I was a walk in and this place is not only cheap but awesome. I worked with Joyce who was very professional. They have a ton of colors to choose from and she even double checked if I liked it on my nail before proceeding, because it was bright. She took off my previous coat and was thorough and precise, and very courteous. I am really happy with how they turned out and tipped extra because it was so much more pleasant than the last place I went to. It took about 40 minutes total. Definitely making this my go to nail salon.
Let me start by saying the salon is nice and clean. They have a nice selection of colors. It's the nails that need work. This was second time at this salon. The first set was cool. No complaints. The nail tech was professional and courteous and the service was satisfactory. I returned for an fill two weeks later and I am not impressed. The nails are shaped horribly from the base where she filled in the acrylic. They appear the flare out and narrow at the tips... And no I didn't get coffin. I asked to have the very outside border of the nail painted orange. I got a v-shaped French tip that was uneven on both sides. When I pointed it out, I was told that you wouldn't be able to see it once she put the silver line along the sides. That was horrendous. The line was not straight and the way too thick. At that point, I was over it so I decided to just get the whole nail painted. Once she applied the paint to the entire nail it was apparent that the shape was off. When I pointed out that the shape was off, she immediately pointed to the flaw letting me know that she knew she had done a crappy job. I had no time to argue and with all of the previous mishaps, I paid and left. I wouldn't recommend this place for nails, but they provide a decent pedicure for a reasonable price.
