I was really debating on my review for this company at first to leave a 2 or 3 star review as my experience was troublesome to say the least, in the beginning that is. I was one of the customers that last minute decided to join the solar train as NEM 2.0 was being phased out so I had to be fair that it was going to be rough. The project went pretty smooth once the installers came but it was like pulling teeth to get any communication from them and they were seemingly blowing through project managers like water. After doing some research a lot of solar companies were having similar issues and were inundated with work, not meeting deadlines etc. Fast Forward in the end I was able to get a hold of a gentleman Bu the name of Dan Dawkins and he really stepped up to the plate and got my project finalized, roof repaired and my inspection completed and I received my Permission to Operate from Electric Company. Putting everything into perspective Dan earned then my 5 stars because at the end of the day he took ownership and made it happen. Also kudos to the guy he had replace the roof tiles they broke and replaced all of my previous tiles that were already broken (about7).
