I have been coming in here off and on for years to get various electrical supplies and telephone equipment. Always very good service and if I need to order something I usually have it within a day or two. One counter person in particular has been very helpful to me his name is Jerryhot. He is always very helpful since I'm looking for a part and I don't know exactly what the specifications are. He goes out of his way to look it up and to provide me with the correct material to get the job done. Very important in this business to be timely and accurate and he definitely helps me to that end. Bravo Graybar five stars for you.

David at the Sacramento location went out of his way to help. What are company needed they did not carry however he researched the part needed and found a local company that carried just what we needed.

The fellow in Sacramento carefully provided the email and phone number info of the person I needed to call. I was calling from out of his jurisdiction and he could have been impatient, but he took his time to make sure I got the right contact info.
