I came in for a tire rotation and balance. The man who was working on this spent more time talking. I found the two front center rim caps were not placed back on--missing. If he missed that very simple detail, then who knows what else he missed. I called them and they were able to locate the two center caps. So, I had to drive all the way to their location again which was an added inconvenience. I concur with other reviewers about not being able to use the credit card machine. In my case it was down so I couldn't use and their front desk did not tell me which would have been a nice customer service courtesy. Another inconvenience. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone!! My car needed 4!things done and one of them was just the battery to replace and it took two weeks to get done and over charged me at that.
Bobby was very friendly, professional and attentive. He shared knowledge about tires and how changing tires frequently is very important when driving on the road I appreciate the customer service and concern from employees.
