Great great service with Carlos a sales associate in Fresno California I had no idea what I was doing he stepped up gave me suggestions and at the end of our shopping gave me a total on his cell phone and I didn't even need to go to the register to get a grand total great great job Carlos thank you once again I'm going back to get my flooring because of him who's ever in Fresno ask for Carlos specifically great customer service

Jessica was incredible to work with and kept close contact with us through out the whole process and the installers were amazing and their work was amazing. This company was a joy to work with. I will tell family and friends about them. Thanks again Floors and More.

Jessica is very nice, but it is very frustrating to look up the business hours and go to the store on Tuesday to see that it closed. Apparently their hours of operations was never updated because when I called to try to schedule an appointment to which I am told that I can come in anytime during their hours of operations, and that they are now closed on Tuesdays.Now today, I made sure they were open, and now the store is closed because the only employee has to go out to do measurements. I dont think it should be this difficult to get samples. And I will be taking my business to anywhere else that could provide service.
