I lived in Legado de Ravel for 13 months. It's a great apartment. The neighbors were good. You can almost find anything in walking distance. Heather is very helpful and responsive. Reyes is also very friendly and takes care of work orders quickly. This place is recommended!

I have nothing but good things to say about living at Legado. The location is extremely convenient and close to downtown. There are a number of really good restaurants nearby, some of which recently opened up. Moreover, it was an absolute pleasure having Heather and Ahmet as my points of reference throughout my time at Legado. They are kind, efficient, and excellent at their jobs. Thank you for a wonderful experience!!

I just moved out after a wonderful three years in Legado and I would say it was nearly the perfect midtown apartment. Location was ideal walking distance to parks, gyms, coffee shops, & great restaurants. Very safe I use to go on runs in the neighborhood early morning and late evening and I always felt safe. Management is amazing - I went through two ladies in the leasing office and currently Heather is great. She responds to emails within minutes, is always available by phone, and she is so attentive to her tenants needs. She would personally bring packages to my door step and any maintenance request were completed within a day. The maintenance man Akmed is the sweetest man ever and so caring. The apartment itself was great - really chic, modern, wood floors, high ceilings, great kitchen, walk in closet - nearly anything you would need. The tenants are amazing; we have a very respectable honor system with packages and often many are left in the lobby and rarely have there been any issues (if there were some Heather would resolve them within a few hours). My two biggest reservations are: the South building is above UOB (a bar) and many nights the noise would carry into the building, I'm a Physician and on some nights I would either lose sleep or have to make arrangements. The crowd can get pretty rowdy and unfortunately given that I lived on the 2nd floor it was fairly loud. And lastly the parking lot is expensive for Sacramento and the spaces are pretty tight - once I got blocked in and could not move my car. The parking lot is also open to the public which is a little bit of a pain. Overall great experience still highly recommended despite just a few small negatives.
