I'm a courier and broke down twice in one week. My vehicles were trash, the weather was trash, but luckily I got great service from JON for a tow on 1/31/24. Business owner, you need people to train with this man. Not only was he good at his job of getting the vehicle up on the bed safe and fast, he's also just a friendly happy person. He made my overall experience a great one. It was raining and my vehicle (Large Cargo Van) was in a difficult place but he found a way to get it out. I felt like it was almost fun for him to try to figure it out. Cracking jokes the entire time making me laugh while it's pouring rain and he's covered in dirty mud water. Do your best to keep this guy on board. I was lucky to have him on a crappy day. Overall from my fleet roadside service call to getting dropped off to my end location about 3 hours total. Cheers JON! If I ever run into you again a large lager on me after shift or a complimentary burger. I hope my company continues to contract with Five Star Towing and Transport Inc. of Sacramento, Power Inn Road.
