I finally found a Yoga Studio that I absolutely LOVE!!! I LOVE power Vinyasa in a heated room. Thankful for the Black Friday Special, I'm a member until June. I've been coming anywhere from 1-3 times a week because the classes are just so good. All the instructors are really great too. I love Amy and Natalie.
Honestly such a Sacramento gem! This place will challenge you the way no yoga place has. Infrared lights in sauna and inside yoga studio room. They specialize in hot yoga vinyasa. They do Some cool workshops. I will say the yoga room STINKS! Like BO... but I suppose it's understandable..? It also gets super crowded in some classes. Not all are hot yoga but most are. Two bathrooms but beware, no seat covers.
Love The Space! The first month deal they have is very affordable and gives you a great opportunity to try all the classes they have to offer. All of the teachers are consistently good, and have their own personal touches to their flows. Alex is one of my favorites teachers. You can tell he really has fun teaching the classes and creating interesting and fun flows. All of the teachers are approachable and friendly. I highly suggest stopping by if you’re looking for a fun workout!
