I dragged my post-pandemic body into Figure 8 back in January, and Alicia was kind enough to take me in. They have all the equipment I needed to get myself back into shape, including a great trainer. I love that I can work out at my own pace on my own time. What a gift to have this gem so nearby. Grateful for Figure 8!

I love this gym! It's not overcrowded, so you can always get on a treadmill or a piece of equipment without waiting. The price is right for me, and they also offer infrared sauna, massage, and esthetics. The owner has circuit trainings that are really beneficial and teach me new moves to incorporate into my normal routine. Highly recommend!

What a great gym and more! Not only is the whole place exceptionally clean but I like that it's only open to us ladies which made me feel really comfortable. I had a spa day there that included a 30 min circuit workout, sauna, 30 min massage and facial. I enjoyed my time there!
