This review is for Side Door: awesome neighborhood venue with a relaxed vibe. Just went to our first show there on 6/28/19 - fantastic performance by the Pisstofferson Brothers. People of all ages were welcome. No food or drink at the venue but next door to hop garden and across the street from a convenience store, Gunther's, and Pangea. Will definitely go back

John Green is a great musician here in Sacramento, and he does taxes too! The Fifth String is John's and other local musicians music studio where he teaches guitar and other string instruments. Inside the Fifth String is John's new music venue called the Side Door. We went and saw Eric Anderson there last week and the show was packed. Right next door is the Hop Garden, which is a great place to relax before or after the show.
