Expert Discount Cleaners is a local dry cleaning and laundry service that has received mixed reviews from customers. While some have praised the business for its exceptional customer service, same-day service, and great prices, others have experienced issues with the staff's knowledge of using coupons and the length of time it takes to complete dry cleaning orders. Despite these inconsistencies, the business is described as the best service in town by one satisfied customer, who appreciated the staff's willingness to accommodate their urgent need for a pressed suit. Overall, the reviews suggest that Expert Discount Cleaners provides a range of cleaning services, with varying levels of customer satisfaction.
I brought a down comforter in to be dry cleaned, the woman explained that after they clean it they will dry it and because it’s down they will take it out of the dryer and check it to see if it’s completely dry; if not they’ll put it back in the dryer. This particular comforter was the one my late cat loved to sleep in so it definitely needed to be cleaned.
Well they did a great job.
I think this establishment has had some issues in the past but they did a good a job on my comforter.
