I brought a down comforter in to be dry cleaned, the woman explained that after they clean it they will dry it and because it’s down they will take it out of the dryer and check it to see if it’s completely dry; if not they’ll put it back in the dryer. This particular comforter was the one my late cat loved to sleep in so it definitely needed to be cleaned.
Well they did a great job.
I think this establishment has had some issues in the past but they did a good a job on my comforter.
I'm split on this review. Let's start at the beginning. I went in to redeem a Groupon and the clerk told me that she didn't know how to use the Groupon. That's not good. I wasted a trip and had to come back another day. When I returned another day the clerk had someone else handle the Groupon. She STILL didn't know how to do it. I then told the clerk that I wanted a shirt laundered. She told me that it had to be dry cleaned. I took her word and kept it moving. She was wrong. The Groupon clearly states Dry cleaning AND laundry services! That's NOT cool. To end the transaction they take almost a week to get your dry cleaning done. I came in Tuesday and it won't be ready until Monday. I'm not used to it taking six days for simple dry cleaning.
Definitely The Best Service In Town!I must share how much I appreciate Expert Discount Cleaners customer service.I needed my sons suit pressed the same day for his graduation the following morning and Expert Discount Cleaners owners or staff not sure were so helpful and understanding of our need.
