I was unhappy with the way my child's school photos looked, the coloring was strange/off but I went in to discuss & troubleshoot, and was able to get a refund. *IF YOU PURCHASE THE DIGITAL COPY* then you are free to get copies made anywhere you like. 4 Stars is for the good customer service.
I didn't like the background that I Picked before the kids had their pictures taken and I saw them standing in front of one that looked better and this company let me switch.I'm one happy customer!!
