The barbershop is a good old school barber. It got a flat top cut and a great cut with a straight razor shave and a straight blade shave. The price is reasonable and the foam is warm. The barber shaved the neck with a straight razor and gave bleeding in different spots. Care is not better and nothing more to ask.
Scott H. is a skilled barber who consistently provides clean, stylish haircuts at an affordable price. I'm an Asian guy with thick hair and Scott handled my hair with ease. Another quality that I appreciate about Scott is that he gives every client 100% of his attention and is responsive to customer requests. I have booked over a dozen appointments with Scott and he has never once been late. Overall, I would highly recommend Scott H. at East J Barbers if you're looking for a solid mens haircut at a price that beats other barbershops in the Sacramento area!

Been coming to East J for a bit over a year now with haircuts about every 2 months. My go-to spot over almost every spot way down south in Elk Grove (including Dave’s). Mike works the front seat and is the head honcho of operations there so a good haircut or conversation is guaranteed under his hands. Other seats can vary on who is working it day to day but every barber has given me a decent cut and they all reach the same minimum quality in my experience of asking for popular haircuts.
