Made an appointment weeks ago for tomorrow afternoon. The day before (today) they leave a voicemail telling me the doctors schedule has changed, and he won't be in tomorrow. They were asking me if I could come in today or two days from now instead, I told them I took work of specifically for this appointment and cannot request time off just days or hours prior to trying to leave. Completely unprofessional and a complete waste of my time, at least give me a 24 hour notice before your doctor decides to cancel his appointments. I now have to find an optometrist office that takes my insurance and will see me on such short notice.

Best experience I've ever had at any doctor's office. Clean, very pleasant and helpful staff, on time, easy to find. I will be going here indefinitely.

What a great place to get your glasses; service was fantastic!!! Thank you Danielle and Dr. Mitchell as well. Definetly will return for other eyes needs.
