Have been a patient for 9 years and I have had excellent service. They are always accommodating to the best of their ability and offer acupuncture during the visit if the Dr. is in. Highly recommend!
Had a wonderful first experience this morning at Dr.Okazaki's office! From the minute i walked in I felt welcomed and at ease. I get a little nervous with my dentist appointments. But this was a breath of fresh air for me. Everyone was so helpful and polite. My appointment was fantastic and so quick, it was amazing to see all the staff working together so efficiently. I will be returning for all my future appointments! Happy to have found a Doctor with fantastic staff that handles there patient's with compassion and care. 10/10 recommend
I like Dr. Okazaki, she's knowledgeable and gave me a good second opinion. We had some miscommunication with the staff, but the front office addressed the issue and everything is fine. From my experience, I would just recommend asking a lot of questions. This is not your typical dentist office so it takes time to get to know how things work.
