I needed some advice on avoiding capital gains in a real estate transaction. My best buddy told me to talk with his "tax guy" who is great. I emailed Dave and received a prompt reply with convenient times to ring him. I gave him a call and he was very open and honest about my situation. This was great. I just wanted to confirm what I knew to be correct. Dave provided clarity about the process and actually suggested some options for me that will save me money.
