Sessions are made easy by listening to music and engaging in conversation, not lectures. The artist is professional, reasonably priced, and willing to work on designs and updates. They are super chill, fast, and produce super clean lines, with hand-drawn work and the option to add to images. High-quality results and a welcoming atmosphere make this business highly recommended.
Dave has been a long time family friend. He did most of my father's tattoos and a lot of mine. He's a genuine, good dude and consistently always tries his best. He is a huge portion of memory in my life. And always will be i will always recommend him as a fantastic old school tattoo artist
Dave is the man. Went in with a cover-up project 20 years in the making. Was devasted when what I had in mind he said could not be done, something to do with lines and color merging. He then started muttering like a madman to himself while I sat on the couch trying to figure out what to do. He starts scribbling, continues muttering. Five hours later I am beyond stoked - he a cover up master... So I asked him about another 20 yr old tattoo, if he would do a touchup. I can't remember what he said, I think he's iffy on touch-ups, like not interested, but he got to looking at it and was a little bothered how bad it was lol. I hadn't realized. All my Tattoo's were done except for one by Dave. He does excellent work and makes the session easy by listening to music. He talks to you, not at you and has a great personality. If I ever go back to Sacramento California you know I will go back to see him. We use to go to the tattoo conventions together as support and Dave has won many awards for the beautiful Art Work that he does. I highly recommend Dave's Custom Tattoo's.
