During the storm the week before Thanksgiving 2024, we had a roof leak! Our insurance company gave me the number to CRBR. One call and they went into action! It was a Friday night and a team came to the rescue working to secure the house and remove the damaged sheet Rock and insulation. I meet Qyntyn P. The mitigation project manager this company has an awesome representative who took control and delivered fantastic customer service! He monitored the progress of drying out the house and prepared us for the next step. He informed me that Kelly S. I had renters who made a house unlivable by abandoning animals in it. The smell was off the charts bad. Initial efforts to just clean did nothing. CRBR came in and assessed the problem correctly. They removed drywall and flooring and made adjustments along the way as needed when more pet urine damage was noted, requiring subfloor removal. Qyntyn in remediation, and Chris and William in reconstruction did a great job looking after our needs and responding when we had questions. The house is livable and happily lived in again.
