OUR RE-ROOF OF 2026
On June 17th, Cisco Roofing began replacing the roof on our home located off Moris Avenue. We were informed of the time the crew would start and the amount of time they would be there. They arrived on time with a small crew that cleanly and quickly removed the roof in less than four hours and were gone, leaving us with no evidence of their ever having been there other than the bare roof. The next crew took a little over half a day and left little or no evidence, other than the repairs they had made and the dust and saw dust that fell off the inside of the portions of the roof they had repaired. The whole process was amazing. It appeared to be a well-rehearsed dance performed by a professional troop of the hardest-working men I have ever observed. During the hour the shingles were unloaded and placed at strategic locations along the roof, the temperature was over 100 degrees. The team, once again, performed their task in what appeared to be a race. I think they must have adjusted the conveyor belt to its highest speed because the fellow who unloaded the shingles sounded like he was sprinting! And in that heat!
Next came the county inspections, and they would not prove to be as coordinated and efficient as the Cisco crew, but they signed off on the repairs. So now the shingles, gutter protectors, and the vents could be placed, which again was organized, rapidly deployed, and completed. The inspector from Sacramento County needed to finalize the work following a slight confusion with our solar panel reinstallation, but all was well, and we are very happy with our new roof. My wife and I extend our greatest appreciation to Cisco Roofing Co for turning a potential nightmare into a dream.
Thank you Cisco Roof for a job exceptionally well done
