I am a young women who lives inside my car and park in a 24 hour lot for many weeks I've followed the same routine in the same spot near bushes in the corner where several other vehicles park for sleep I see this crew working weekly in the same location and just this morning- (I crack my windows for Air flow with the nice weather)

Walking with my dog through college town and seen this mess, this isn't the first time, the guy cutting with the comb over is horrible at his job, management needs to do something

Carson Landscape Industries repeatedly violates the law. There is a reason the law states you cannot operate leaf blowers/edgers/gas powered noise machines before 9am in residential neighborhoods. There is a reason all Carson employees who operate these wear ear protection. It's because these machines are loud! So maybe you should only operate them when the law says to? I don't understand how a business who can repeatedly violate the law can stay operational but I doubt this business lasts much longer.
