I had a wonderful experience with this shop. My boyfriend and I bought a (used) Mercedes from a private party. At the time of purchase, we were told only that it had a problem with the power steering. Within days, it became clear that the problem was much more severe than just power steering. I called and spoke to Michael over the phone and we brought it in. The shop looked at in a very timely manner, calling me back the next day. The quality of the diagnostics that the shop performed on this car was excellent, revealing that the car had multiple(!) issues that had not been disclosed. (Not surprising, right?) Great service, very straight forward , and pricing was reasonable. I would definitely recommend this company for anyone who owns a European car. Michael was super nice and accommodating .
