Brandon came out yesterday afternoon, and diagnosed problem with waterfall pump within 5 minutes. Came back this morning as promised and made the repair quickly. And didn't upcharge anything...in fact was willing to do it for next to nothing. Stand up guy!!

Simply put - Brandon, the owner of BTM Pool Service is THE BEST. Have to prefaced that we "inherited" his pool service company from the prior owner of a house we bought, however, considering we knew absolutely zilch about pool & hot tub maintenance and use, over the past 1.5 years he has literally schooled us with patience and understanding through the in and outs. He is always quick to address any issues we have had. His knowledge and customer service is second to none. We consider ourselves lucky and grateful that he has been there for us from the get-go. Thank you, Brandon! You rock!

I wish I could give more stars! Brandon and BTM pool service is amazing helped get our saltwater pool back in shape when no one else would. Brandons knowledge matched his kindness and professionalism; BTM does honest, good work for incredibly reasonable prices. I can't recommend BTM pool service enough!
