Overall this is a good business setup. There is a fee to pay in cash or by card, even if you are in person which is why I give 3 stars instead of 5. I have tried paying on the website and using the app but it tells me my insurance policy doesn't exist. They give a 14 day grace period for late payments which comes in handy during this pandemic! Thank you Bolt!

The pricing is not better than geico..and the service covers less that geico with more premiums... so geico was much easier and with less money and more coverage... and geico has an app wich u can do anything with..byt bolt does not...
The only thing i think gets 5 star...is the ladies who work there...

I Don't Know The Girls Name That Answered The Phone (she did say her name when she answered lol) When I Called But She Was Super Nice and Helpful. I will Be Recommending BOLT To All My Friends and Family!
