In 2021 I hired Benning Design and Construction for structural work. The primary concern was in the garage. A crack had formed in the main beam. It felt like a "when" will it break, rather than an "if" it will break. This was a risk to my family.The entire experience with the company was positive, they even brought in a structural engineer to design and approve of the solution. Their repair is magnificent. I can't be happier with their work. I no longer worry each time there is a storm. I was referred by my friend to Mike with Benning for electrical. He was amazing! Efficient, fast, careful, reliable on time, cleanup well. A great value for the money spent! I will use this company again. Highly recommend!! He came to repair an indoor outlet and install and outdoor outlet for us.

In 2018, we bought a 1970 house that needed a full remodel. Benning Design Construction took the mid-century modern lines and updated them into a modern home. Erin's thoughtful design approach kept what we loved about the house while transforming it into a fresh, new home. Her design fits the house and our lifestyle.
