I have been here twice. Both times I came in I was a walk in. The first time I had a taller lady with longer hair. I would give her work 4 stars only because I wanted thinner brows but I didn’t ask so that on me. I went in today and the last name was Tina. She was very nice and polite but her work was terrible. She took the tails off of my eyebrows and said they were curly. I’ve been having the same eyebrows and someone taking my side eyebrows off has only happened twice in my life I’m 29. Beauty by touch is an awesome salon. I like it so very much. The owner is so very very nice, pretty, approachable. I like the ambiance inside. All through out come and check beauty by touch. I love my makeup and hair style I just got my makeup done and hair styling I got so many compliments on my eyebrows threading makeup and hair style !very neat and clean please I love the customer service I will definitely coming back highly recommend it thanks!
