First impressions on getting a quotation is they are very prompt with their feedback and willing to work with you on coordinating an appointment over text. Pricing is also very competitive and great value for me as I needed a new catalytic converter to solve a code 430 check engine code. Thanks Jennifer!!! Will update again after servicing.
I am so glad I chose this shop! They got me in right away and the work was done earlier than expected (by a whole day because the parts came in early)! I was having trouble with my car overheating and Peter was able to diagnose the issue and provided a few options for me. I appreciate the quality of work that was done-- it was very clear to me while speaking to Peter that his priority is the safety of the vehicle and doing what is necessary for the integrity of my car (all while staying within my budget!). Also, Jennifer at the desk was delightful to talk to and I left feeling like a valued customer. I will definitely go back to ATS!Service: General repairs & maintenance
