came in today with a friend and did the Salt room and did the Warm Pool,Steam Room,Cold Plunge and Sauna and felt great. this place made me forget the Christmas Rush and I'm greatful. Willl come back again,Thank You Asha.

I went here for the first time yesterday and it was so relaxing and amazing. The staff were all very friendly, patient, welcoming, and pleasant!! The entire experience was great. Everything is really clean. Definitely come here if you need to wind down, take a break, relax and restore your body. Special thank you to Alex for being so kind and explaining everything to me! I will be back and plan on getting the membership! ❤️❤️❤️

I love love LOVE this place! If I could give it 100/10 stars, I would. The ONLY thing I would love to see this location improve on (because the Folsom location doesn’t play about it and it makes it that much more relaxing especially if you like to go by yourself for a self care moment) is the back section having a little bit more strictness on the volume you’re allowed to get to. Don’t get me wrong, I know that’s the section you’re allowed to talk in, but they allow people to cackle in big groups the whole time and it puts you in the position of either trying to politely ask strangers to quiet down (which I just can’t do) or sit and deal with it even though... read full review
