Spent a night here with my daughter. It was very peaceful and quiet, great for relaxing, with wonderful restaurant options and shopping nearby. Although it's so serene, you would never know it.
Unfortunately, none of their spa or pool services were available, closed for remodeling or something... you would think this would lower the room price, but it did not. Would have been absolutely dreamy had they had these services available.
Probably note worthy... Our room was upstairs (I believe they only have one downstairs, but I'm not sure), and there was no elevator, so you must be able to climb the stairs. I'm disabled so it was a challenge.
My review is solely based on planning my sister's wedding here. I wanted to give credit to the Operations Manager Tiffeni. I worked with her throughout the process and she was absolutely amazing to work with. I live in Seattle so everything was planned over a phone call or through emails. She was very responsive to every question I had. But aside from the planning process, day-of execution is where I would especially commend her. She does everything herself! Normally with venues I've worked with they have a staff that steps in to help along with the coordinator but she did everything and ran the day-of timeline for me. It was difficult for me since I was in the wedding but I felt so confident in her I didn't even need to worry as things moved along. She ensured everything ran smoothly and the bride and groom was attended to. So so appreciative and wanted to commend her for doing such a great job. She was an asset!
Enjoyed a day of pampering at the spa with my daughter and friend. Here is my honest opinion. Went in with low expectations due to the one and 2 star reviews left on this site. Will say for the price the atmosphere could have been nicer. Seriously what is the deal with the hot tub being out of service for a lengthy amount of time? It is kinda like an elephant in the room. We did not get to have the salt scrubs we had hoped to enjoy because the staff had a " family emergency " but on an up note I very much enjoyed my 80 min massage with LeVonna...WOW , she is gifted. Perfect pressure, room temp and super relaxing. A huge shout out to her!!! My facial was equally awesome with Chloe, she did a great job turning back time and making me feel hydrated! there was not much to do in between services as they have no spa working, and no access to the pool. In summary, gifted staff but for the price the facilities should be better.
