I'm in Sacramento and called to get my flat roof inspected and replaced. There were some issues with the appointment, but a company representative call me and put me in contact with the branch owner and project manager, Sam. Sam arrived on time and was knowledgeable and friendly and provided very clear job expectations. I will update the review after the job is complete, but I expect it to be top quality.
I had an excellent experience with this family-owned roofing company from start to finish. Sam was outstanding throughout the entire process. His communication was exceptional; there were no gaps, and he responded to every question quickly. He performed a thorough inspection, identified an area where the wood needed to be completely replaced, and explained why it was necessary. He also helped me choose the right roofing color and material, taking the time to explain the different options and what would work best for my home.
Sam also recommended installing gutters where they were missing and made sure his team completed the installation in those areas. I really appreciated… read full review
