Kate is truly an amazing massage therapist. I've come to her before for both relaxation massages as well as pain therapy (carpal tunnel). Relaxation massage: A+. One hour of pure bliss! I left looking and feeling like a completely new person- my face was quite literally glowing. Its amazing what a great massage can do for your well being and even emotional health. Pain therapy: A+. She helped eliminate some severe carpal tunnel pinching in my right wrist after just one (intense!) session. Note: fixing musculato-skeletal/connective tissue issues will involve some rather intense separation of fascia through deep pressure. It was painful, but manageable. And it WORKED. Highly recommended!!

I really don't even know what to say, she is just amazing. My neck was just killing me and I stumbled upon her on yelp. I emailed her and she got back to me immediately, worked me in that day (I felt so lucky). I feel so much better, I cannot wait to go back. Her office is little and cute to (just to cover what others have not) she even gave me a bottle of water to take on my way back to work. I love how intuitive she is. I'm hooked. Prices are also very reasonable.

Can't say enough great things about Kate - she really knows the body and has helped relieve some chronic pain. She really listens to her clients about what is bothering them and then works to alleviate those issues. I've been recommending her to all my friends - they have all loved her too. All the other reviewers have covered what really makes Kate's work stand out from the rest.
