I have nothing but positive things to say about both American River K9 and Deric! After much internet surfing for the right trainer, and recommendations from others, we started working on training with our Maltese. Although we have only had a few sessions, the progress and vast improvements we have seen with our dog are remarkable! Deric is very kind, understanding, non-judgmental, and everything else you look for in a dog trainer. Even though the owner was not able to help us with our dogs, we were extremely impressed with our contact with the owner. We had seen the results of his group walks at the Cops and Rodders car show in Cameron Park.
