After bad experiences at another showroom, I took my business to Daltile. The Showroom has way more variety of tiles on display and their staff is friendly and helpful. I haven't chosen my final products yet but I have narrowed my search to Daltile and one other place NOT Bedrosians.

Called for an appointment to see slabs and help with my kitchen remodel. Pam was great! She helped with colors and was super patient when showing all the beautiful slabs. Mike was also super helpful. Great day! So many choices.

I cannot say enough about the quality of customer service. We were helped by two women working the showroom, Pam and Julie, both of whom were extremely friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The store is very well stocked with a variety of options, from natural stone to porcelain and beyond, all of which is explained in a professional yet easy-to-understand manner. There is zero pressure to purchase, with samples available to compare at home. This shop is located in an area teeming with tile stores -- start here.
