Every visit to Elisa's spot is a breath of fresh air! Her space is always super tidy and clean, which makes me feel safe and comfy right from the start. Before she even starts with my lashes, she's all about making sure my eyes are well-protected – it’s clear she knows her stuff. What I really appreciate is how she listens. Like, if I have a specific look in mind or need something a bit different, Elisa’s on it.
