Top notch service! I took my daughter’s dress 3 days before she needed to wear it. I thought it might be challenging to get it back in a few days. Natalia worked wonders & quickly! You can’t even see any seam where she altered the straps! I greatly appreciate the quality of work and the amazing customer service!
I have been using Alterations Plus for over 27 years. I’ve seen it change hands a couple times. Just recently I needed a very delicate dress shortened and the deep V in front closed up a bit. I also asked to have the major slit tacked closed so I didn’t give anyone a peep show when I sat down. Natalia was quick to remind me I would be dancing at the wedding I’m attending and would feel better without the small train I was requesting. I’m so happy she made the suggestion to keep it all one length.
