What do you do if you are a Realtor, or some other type of independent contractor, and have no technical support? Based on past Yelp reviews, I thought I'd give Allocate Tech a try. I was delighted with their expertise. They fixed a problem with Outlook, that 2 other companies couldn't. Conveniently located near the big DMV building at the edge of Curtis Park. I went in because of a faulty connection between my pc and my monitor. Mik took one look at my pc and immediately found the issue. Assuming it was a quick fix, he tried a solution for me for absolutely no charge, which worked temporarily but revealed larger issues which needed more than a quick fix. After a $150 overnight pc rebuild, my pc was up and running smoothly again, and I could trust that it was built properly this time. The expertise and passion is evident, I would highly recommend this place.
