I love Tiffaney and recommend her to all my friends and family! She has helped me through numerous challenges. I play hard and sometimes I get hurt or out of balance and Tiffaney's Myofascial Release sessions are exactly what my body needs to release resistance, pain, tightness and more in my body. Tiffaney is amazing!! My husband and I have been seeing her for myofascial release massage for over 3 years. As a person with a disability who uses a wheelchair almost full-time, I wouldn't be able to move and function as well as I do if I wasn't seeing Tiffaney every month. Since her location isn't wheelchair accessible, Tiffaney comes to us. I had to retire several years ago due to severe depression and anxiety disorder. Tiffaney always listens to my concerns and explains how I may feel after the session. I often hurt for a little while after, but the long-term benefits are worth it. A wonderful and restorative massage experience. My body is always thankful every time we have a session. It relieves so much of my stress tension and helps improve my body posture. The best massage in town!
