Had my first ever sports massage from Greg and I feel immediate relief from the tension and pain I have been chronically experiencing where nothing, not even PT, has really helped before
I just got back from seeing their new massage therapist Linda. She was great; she made me feel comfortable and her techniques were so effective. She communicated what she was feeling in my muscles and gave certain areas the attention they needed. I already booked another appointment with her and plan to continue seeing her.
So happy to have found ABW in midtown. Such friendly and knowledgeable staff have made it a part of my week I thoroughly look forward to. My health is finally being put back in my hands after many rough years. Looking forward to see how far I can go!
