Hired them for my guest house being turned into a daycare. Still unfinished 3 weeks past the promised finish time. Rude and unprofessional. Cheap but who cares if they can't finish the work.

As a Superintendent for a residential home builder, I have had the pleasure of working with Ace for a few years. As for the company as a whole, I have had very little issues. Regarding their leadership team specifically however, James Oliver is the poster child of foremen. In constant communication, on schedule, attentive, and obtains an obvious pride in the work that he and his crew members produce. The personable approach he brings to the table along with his exceeding due diligence is what every superintendent thrives for.
