Changing my review based on John’s response to 3 stars from 1 star. These guys were rude and avoided helping us. We kept asking the sales people to help us but they were too busy on their phone watching tictok. We were really annoyed and went to Floor and Decor for all our tile needs. I know these guys have better prices but can’t tolerate the disrespect and lack of customer service.

UPDATE: I had to come in the store the same day because nobody responded to my phone calls, and Pablo helped me call the other locations & have them available for me to pick up the next day.
This place is not reliable. I ordered & prepaid for some items. They told me the items would be available for pick up following Monday. I called Monday & they said they are not available until afternoon following day. My work is delayed because of their false promise

Was really excited to work with this local tile company, but when we got to the store, we waited for over 45 minutes while the only employee operating the show room took their time getting sodas for other customers and helping contractors who showed up after us. There were only 5 customers there the whole time, when we approached him again after 45 min, he started the sentence with, I'm busy, so we chose to take our business elsewhere.
