Mark Grisham was great to work with, found many hard to spot issues that average. Inspectors would miss, and was very reasonably priced. I appreciate an inspector that knows what areas would typically have issues and takes the time to investigate them the to the fullest. He started with an exterior investigation, using his drone to locate signs dry rot around the chimney, upper window mouldings, etc, and do an up close examination of the roof and fascia. On the interior of the home he looked way behind the sink basin and found a huge crack in the overflow portion, which I know most inspectors would have missed.
