We had an excellent experience with Tristan at Rim of the World Home Inspections. Despite our home being a newly constructed property (just over a year old), Tristan conducted a thorough and detailed inspection, identifying several issues that needed to be addressed by the previous owner. His expertise more than justified his fee and gave us valuable peace of mind.

Tristan was wonderful to work with! Buying a home is often a stressful experience, not knowing if what you're getting looks as good on the inside as it does on the outside. Tristan took all the worries away, and made us feel safe with our home purchase. He was thorough, caught a few items, and made us feel comfortable moving forward with the process. Tristan recently inspected a cabin in Arrowbear for me. As a realtor in Ventura County, I have great relationships with my local inspectors and was happy to have a great experience with Tristan. Tristan was informative, thorough, and helpful in explaining what he observed. Unfortunately, there was a power outage at the time of inspection and Tristan had to come back a second time to complete the inspection. I appreciate his patience in this unforeseen circumstance!
