Nichol came highly recommended to me. She did an excellent job on my marketing photos for a new listing I had. She was prompt, very accommodating and a pleasure to work with. I will definitely be using her again!
We hired Nichol to capture our Rehearsal Dinner and I am so glad we did! She was incredible and was able to get all the shots we needed in a short amount of time. She was great to plan and work with and I couldn’t recommend her more!
My Cabin in Lake Arrowhead has had 1 AirBnB booking in the past 10 months.
I read a post in the community that another host hadn't had any recent bookings as well. Most comments in this thread were saying that May is a slow month for bookings.
I recently had a kitchen remodel and then finally decided to use professional photos instead of the pictures I had originally taken by phone.
What a Difference!! I received my 1st booking (on May 1st for a May booking) the day after I posted my new photos. Then another booking 5 days later. Then, the following day, back to back bookings. Weekends this May are booked out!!
