Scott is a lifesaver. Had a plumbing emergency Christmas Eve. Needed a cartridge for my shower but all the hardware stores were closed. I called Scott around 830pm and not only did he answer but he spent 20-30 mins looking through his shop and trucks for the part. He found the part and sold it to me at cost. Would have had to leave my water off for two days if it weren’t for him. If I ever have any plumbing issues, Poe’s will absolutely be my first call.
I was having a drain emergency and they were able to send some guys over the same day and get it all squared away. Everyone was very professional and responsive and I will definitely call them again if (when ??) my hair clogs the drains. Thank you thank you!
POE’s plumbing was on time, professional and creative in the performance of their work. They did a fantastic job of connecting a water heater expansion tank, fixing the vent damper on the gas water heater, and not least of all, figuring out how to disconnect the vent tubing from the fan assembly. What they did was genius! I am very pleased that I can now remove the fan assembly without disturbing the wall outlet vent. I will use this plumber again without any hesitancy.
