When I see a hair salon like this one charging $50+ for men's haircut when there are plenty of <$20 cuts elsewhere it is sometimes a leap of faith to chose the more expensive option. After my visit, I believe Studio 79 is truly worth it and I look forward to coming again!Several things that stood out:1) They answer the phone promptly and have plenty of same day availability times.2) Jerry, my stylist, asked many questions what I wanted. Aaron is very skilled at what he does and I’m very grateful to have him as a nearby stylist. I’m very picky and can also sometimes be indecisive in what I want, but Aaron has managed to be extremely patient and cut my hair in every style I’ve asked him to do. I like having my hair layered with a sort of edgy style, and Aaron has done amazing every time. I like how he checks in with you throughout the session and gives lots of styling tips (and I tend to ask a lot of questions). Good vibes and friendly, helpful hair stylist. I haven’t gotten a real haircut in like 3 years, and Helen did a nice job and it already feels healthier and softer. (: she also told me how to upkeep it to keep it strong and not dry.She also cut my mom’s hair (she tries to cut it herself sometimes and it looked a little scraggly) and it looks great too!My haircut was $85, which I think is normal for a good haircut and wash for my long hair
